At Palms of T Boutique, every piece is sent with love and care. We want you to feel beautiful in what you receive.

Eligibility — We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and any hygiene liner intact.
Final Sale — Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, accessories, and any discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return — Email Info@palmsoftboutique.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items — If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right.
